If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible.
If it is near the time of the next dose, then skip the missed dose.

• Tafnat + Aceclofenac: Co-administration may increase the nephrotoxic activity of tafnat.
• Tafnat + Amoxicillin: Tafnat may increase the level of amoxicillin by decreasing its renal clearance.
This may lead to a higher level of amoxicillin in the body.
• Tafnat + Amphotericin b: Both increase nephrotoxicity and/or ototoxicity.
